In this special annual report, we are reflecting on the past, as well as providing information about current programs and services. We are also taking the opportunity to remind everyone of the importance of early care and education. We know how to dramatically improve the odds of children growing up to be successful adults. The sooner we start children on the right path, the greater the returns will be for them and for our society.
